Common Issues & Fixes

 

I can’t log in or access my account.

  • Make sure your internet connection is active.

  • Ensure you’re using the correct phone number or email.

  • Try resetting your password or restarting the app.
     

I didn’t receive the confirmation code.

  • Double-check your number/email for typos.

  • Wait 1–2 minutes and check your spam folder (for email).

  • Tap Resend Code.
     

I uploaded a contract, but it’s not showing.

  • Refresh the app (pull down on the screen).

  • Go to My Contracts and check if it's grouped under a different tag.

Upload from Desktop

 

Prefer using a bigger screen? You can also upload and manage your contracts directly from our webapp: web.trustbook.ai

  • Log in with the same account as the mobile app.

  • Upload contracts via drag-and-drop or file picker.

  • All files and insights sync automatically with your app.

Privacy & Data

 

Is my data secure?

Yes! Your data is encrypted using bank-level standards. Sensitive info like contracts and identities are stored securely and never shared without your consent.

Can I delete my account and data?

Absolutely. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.
