I can’t log in or access my account.

Make sure your internet connection is active.

Ensure you’re using the correct phone number or email.

Try resetting your password or restarting the app.
I didn’t receive the confirmation code.

Double-check your number/email for typos.

Wait 1–2 minutes and check your spam folder (for email).

Tap Resend Code.
I uploaded a contract, but it’s not showing.

Refresh the app (pull down on the screen).

Go to My Contracts and check if it's grouped under a different tag.

Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is encrypted using bank-level standards. Sensitive info like contracts and identities are stored securely and never shared without your consent.

Can I delete my account and data?
Absolutely. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.
