Trustbook helps you store, organize, analyze, and share personal and family-related contracts (e.g., insurance, rental, pension plans). Our AI engine simplifies complex legal language, highlights risks, and offers personalized suggestions.

Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse.

User Content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your documents solely to provide app features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Uploading unlawful, misleading, or harmful content

• Reverse-engineering or interfering with our platform

• Sharing others’ personal data without consent

We handle your data with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and modern security standards to protect your information.

AI-Powered Insights

Trustbook uses OpenAI models hosted on Microsoft Azure to generate summaries and suggestions. These are informational only and do not replace legal advice. You are responsible for verifying results.

Subscription and Fees

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via your App Store or Google Play account and auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the billing cycle ends. Refunds follow store policies.

Intellectual Property

You own your content. Trustbook AG owns the platform, code, design, and all intellectual property related to the app. You may not reuse or redistribute Trustbook’s materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Trustbook is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. While we aim for accuracy, you use our suggestions at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss from decisions made using the service.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You can delete your account at any time, and we will delete your data in accordance with our deletion policy.
